Roofing
Our services include a thorough examination of the roof, both inside and out. Roof inspections are conducted using aerial drones, camera poles, or ladders to identify potential issues.
Exteriors
Exterior cladding, structures such as decks and porches, and grading are just a few items assessed.
Structural Components
We evaluate framing, columns, posts, pads, beams, joists, floors, and footings whenever possible. If we can see it, we will inspect it.
Insulation, Venting, and Attic
We inspect for adequate insulation, ventilation, and access. We also make sure there are no unwanted pests living in the attic.
Doors, Windows, and Interiors
The interior portion includes walls, ceilings, and floors to name a few. We check for indications of water leakage, proper function of doors and windows, and potential hidden damage.
Basement and Foundation
We evaluate all visible areas of the for signs of water intrusion, deterioration, and displacement.
Plumbing
Our inspection covers the home's piping, fixtures, water heater, and venting systems when accessible.
Electrical
Checking the electrical panel, outlets, wiring, opening panels and sub-panels to inspect for defects and safety hazards.
Built-In Appliances
We test and inspect permanently installed appliances such as dishwashers and ranges.
HVAC Cooling and Heating
Our inspection includes observing the home's cooling and heating systems, testing for proper operation when conditions permit.
Garage
For attached garages, we review doors, closers and fire prevention. Detached garages may not be included.

A home inspection is visual and non-destructive. We base our descriptions and observations on a visual inspection of the structure, without dismantling or damaging it. Some concealed or inaccessible areas may not be covered, and certain systems may not be tested to avoid damaging the building.
